This is an interesting development though. I remember in a recent chapter that Tobi!Madara [?] was disappointed that Pein wasted his jutsu on the village instead of himself. I can't recall what that was, but I'm assuming the jutsu that brought life back to the people.

Someone has mentioned that Tobi!Madara was Obito's body, so perhaps we can connect that to what Pein was able to do?

He could control six body using chakra rods, and all of the bodies had his eyes. Perhaps the same is with Danzou and Tobi. Danzou's been around the entire time, since the civil wars, and using chakra rods as well to control Tobi? They have the same eyes [as far as we know now].

pein could only bring back the dead that his king of hell jutsu devoured if you go back to the chapter he summons the king of hell and the souls go back into the bodies and he dies in the process obito died from being crushed but who knows kishimoto-san will soon tell us the mystery of tobi XD
